When travelling is out of the question, find a song that brings us to our inner world
Every city has its own playlist. While jazz is the musical currency in New Orleans, Édith Piaf’s mellifluous voice comes to mind in Paris.

During these days of limited travel, Alan Kwan, inspired by Italo Calvino’s Invisible Cities, joins forces with two American jazz musicians to open the magical “Anywhere Door” (à la Doraemon) , inviting us to ponder real and imaginary cities and look inside ourselves. Award-winning film director Wong Chun (Mad World) collaborates with animators Tommy Ng and Wong Man-sze in creating a visual counterpoint to the imaginative world of sound. When music and image combine, they do not merely “add” but “multiply”, taking us into an expansive new universe.
